About us
Food waste is a complex problem.
The fact that a third of all food produced worldwide ends up in the waste bin is a statistic that has bothered us for a long time. Everyone talks about it but only few people do something about it.
Bertha is a project from Gros and has been developed together with the Dutch ministry of food and agriculture. Gros is a compony that accelerates the transition to a more sustainable food system.
